GIS Layer Services
The City of San Jos is soliciting quotes from firms interested in providing contractual services to create Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter GIS layers per attched specifications. The GIS layers will be incorporated into the City's current Oracle 10g (Release 2) GIS Enterprise data model.
Contractor shall possess GIS and Oracle Spatial expertise to identify, digitize and develop Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter GIS Layers (estimated at 7,300 miles of sidewalk and 7,300 miles of curb-and-gutter) using the 2001 and 2006 digital ortho-rectified aerial photos (ortho-photos).
The term of the agreement will be for initial year purchase and related services. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for one additional twelve month extension for a total of two years.
BASIS OF AWARD is Non-Price Determinative. Award will be based on the following criteria and weights:
Price 40%
Experience 25%
References 25%
LBE Preference 5%
SBE Preference 5%
