The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide
information technology consulting services for the Utah Department of Transportation.
UDOT is seeking to hire a GIS Consultant to assist UDOT in the development of an
enterprise geodatabase. This consultant will work with In-House GIS staff, DBA's, and
programmers to develop an implementation plan and guide the UDOT team through the
implementation process. At the conclusion of this contract, UDOT will have a fully
implemented enterprise geodatabase, data standards, processes and methodology for
supporting and maintaining the geodatabase.
