GILMAN FENDERS AND RELATED PARTS
The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, Small Boat Product Line, has a requirement for various Gilman Corporation Fenders and related parts. Preservation and packaging will be performed in accordance with ASTM-D-3951 (Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging). All parts shall be new. All items shall be delivered within 30 calendar days from issuance of each individual delivery order. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to Receiving Room, U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, Baltimore MD 21226-5000. It is the Government's belief that only Gilman Corporation and/or their authorized distributors can furnish the required parts and ensure the proper form, fit and function of all its components. Therefore it is the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only Gilman Corporation and/or their authorized distributors. Industry was given the opportunity to submit their capabilities to supply these parts in the Sources Sought notice posted in BO on January 8, 2014. All responsible sources may submit a proposalwhich, if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. This is a total small business set aside.
