The County is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors for general Geographic Information System (GIS) General Consulting Services on an as-needed basis. These services could include, but are not limited to, data conversion, general consulting, programming, survey monumentation, web site development and hosting, and software application development. The County’s GIS program is based in the Information Technology Department and is structured as a centralized operation.
