GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM SERVICES (GIS)
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified
firms to provide services necessary for the performance of various GIS projects for the
Department of Public Utilities.
Projects that are assigned to the Contractor will include GIS consulting, system and
needs analysis, system design and development of specifications, data compilation and
conversion, GIS-based application development, and recommendations related to
implementation to the Countys GIS program.
