G17PS00441 Solicitation for DNA Analysis of Non-human (Brook Trout) DNA
The US Geological Survey requires the analysis DNA to generate genetic sequence data for brook trout for a long-term study.
Work is to be performed on each brook trout tissue sample following standard protocols including DNA extraction and quantification, restriction site associated DNA sequencing library preparation, and sequencing on an Illumina HiSeq 4000.
This purchase is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
Vendors must submit a technical approach with sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the statement of work. If the information does not clearly demonstrate the ability to provide these services, your quote may not be considered.
Note: Registration with SAM www.sam.gov (System for Award Management) is mandatory. Award cannot be made to a vendor not registered with SAM.
