GENERAL COMMERCIAL CONTRACTORS
The Health System is seeking qualified General Commercial Contractors (GCC) (Arizona State Registrar of Contractors B‐01 License) to perform miscellaneous construction in healthcare environments or healthcare related environments, including limited preconstruction design services (i.e. professional services), for various projects to be determined such as additions, renovations, remodeling, and tenant improvements to MIHS buildings and facilities utilizing Job Order Contracting
(JOC) project delivery methods. It is expected that contracts will be awarded to at least three (3) general
commercial contractors. The individual firms’ contract periods will be for a maximum of three (3) years.
