Item is Critical Application, and Critical/Flight Safety (Navy CSI) as verified on the CSI lists on May 30, 2017. Item is not commercial nor export control applies. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data, Approved sources of supply that have rights to data and to manufacturer this item: Lockheed Martin Cage 81755-PN 16VM005001-2; Moog, Inc. Cage 0ZWK8-PN2740014-2-1 and Curtiss-Wright Controls Cage 0AHP5-PN 183200-1 requirements.
Required delivery objective is 480 days total for total production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
