GEAR BOXES
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District plans to procure Gear Boxes. These specifications cover all work required to fabricate, paint and coat, test and deliver one (1) worm gear reducer, (1) complete set of open gearing as shown on contract drawing M-501, and one (1) flexible gear coupling. These items are being purchased as replacement parts for crest gate hoist machinery that is currently installed at the Bluestone Dam Project.
