The Air Force is seeking a source to lease a Fused Deposition Modeling 3D Production System for a base period of one (1) year with two (2) additional option years.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached.

Offeror shall submit the proposal according to the attached solicitation.
Offeror shall comply with all aspects of the purchase specification.
Final delivery shall be no later than 30 days after date of contract, FOB destination, Hill AFB, UT 84056
