Furnishings Management Section (FMS)
This is a presolicitation for furnishings management section (FMS) on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The NAICS code is 561210. The PSC is S216. The desired contract will contain a base year and four options for a year each. The contractor will maintain the furnishings management section (FMS), to include appliance and furnishings support (repair and maintenance). All labor, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other furnished property and services except as specified in the contract as Government Furnished Property/Services will be provided by the contractor. A fixed price contact is contemplated.
Amendment 01 extends the anticipated solicitation posting date and subsequent dates.
Amendment 02 provides a revised DRAFT PWS (09 Feb 17) as well as a Q&A (14 Feb 17) in response to the previous PWS.
Amendment 03 further extends the anticipated solicitation posting date and subsequent dates (NOTE: all dates provided are estimates and are subject to change). It also provides revisions to the evaluation factors outlined in the addendums to FAR Clauses 52.212-1 and 52.212-2, removing the Technical Evaluation criteria. Finally, a revised Q&A is provided with minimal edits. A PWS revision is anticipated but is not prepared for DRAFT posting at this time.
