Furnishing and Delivery of searchable abstract CD
The University of Missouri-Columbia requests bids for the furnishing and delivery of a
searchable abstract CD with an estimated 1,500 abstracts consisting of the papers
presented at the 9th IPMB Congress meeting in October 2009 as per the specifications
below:
Contractor must check all files for viruses and compatibility.
Contractor must insert title, subject, author, and keywords (provided) as required.
CD must link the table of contents to individual papers.
CD must link author index to individual papers.
The Contractor must provide a catalogue for searching by full text, author,
subject, and keywords (provided).
CD must be full text searchable (main menu, author, title, and keywords).
CD must include a title page with graphics/organization logo or pictures, a splash
screen from provided artwork, and a main menu screen created by the Contractor.
CD must include instructions or tutorial of the main features of the product.
CD must be able to handle up to 1,500 abstracts.
Abstracts will be provided to the Contractor as PDF or Word documents no
sooner than September 1, 2009.
The Contractor must provide a minimum of one year of technical support from
the date of the Congress to be included in the cost of the CDs.
CD must be packaged in a Univenture (or similar) sleeve.
Each CD must include up to a 4 color label.
All CDs must be delivered by no later than Wednesday, October 21, 2009 to the
University of Missouri-Columbia Conference Office, Attn: Sandi Strother, 344
Hearnes, Columbia, MO 65211.
