This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.6 for commercial items, using simplified acquisition procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.
The agency intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order. Email is the only acceptable method of submission. Please email your quote with the RFQ Number in the subject line to NSWKO2@socom.mil
QUOTES: Quotes must be valid for 60 days. No facsimile quotes will be accepted. Contractors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes before offer due date and time specified.
