Furnish and Deliver Bottomless Aluminum Culvert to Cherokee National Forest
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This is a request for quote (RFQ) No. AG-4756-S-14-0022; proposal due date is June 4, 2014. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 73, effective as of April 29, 2014.
Attached, you will find a Statement of Work for a bottomless aluminum culvert for Cherokee National Forest. Quotes are due No later than 4:00 pm EST, June 4, 2014, please provide a price and any additional product literature.
The selection process will consist of a Best Value source selection based on price, vendor's ability to meet technical specifications, meet delivery time frames. Under a Best Value source selection, non-price evaluation factors, when combined are equally to price. However, the Contracting Officer will not select an offeror for award on the basis of a superior capability without consideration of the amount of the price.
All proposals shall include the following information:
1. SF-1449 Request For Quotation (Complete, date, and sign)
2. Section I - Schedule of Items (Page 3). (Complete Unit Price and Amount)
3. Representations and Certifications (Pages 16-28). (System for Awards Management (www.sam.gov))
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider price and vendors ability to meet technical specifications and delivery times lines. Quoter shall supply any other material that will provide the Government with product information to evaluate their quote.
This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 332313. In order to be considered a small business under this NAICS code, employment shall not exceed 500 employees.
