Furnish, Deliver, Set in Place, and Start Up a Chiller

The University is requesting sealed bids to Furnish, Deliver, Set in Place and Start up a
Chiller.

9.2 The equipment must come with a full five (5) year complete parts and labor manufacturer’s warranty from
final acceptance by The University. Replacement of any defective item(s) is to be replaced
by the successful bidder at no charge to the University during the period of guarantee.

9.3 Dimensions and additional requirements:
 Evaporator tube pull cannot extend beyond chiller housing.
 Chiller must fit on housekeeping pad location to qualify for bid award. (*see attached Site Plan)
 Chiller must have a minimum clearance of 6” from the chiller to the edge of the house keeping
pad.
 Pre-Qualified products by Carrier, Trane and York.
