Fund for Veterans' Assistance Customer Relations Management System
The State seeks services for the delivery of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). In particular, the services requested herein and to be provided under any contract(s) awarded as a result of this RFP are for a CRM solution for automating the processes involved in receiving, recording, tracking, and scoring grant applications.
