Functional Program and Planning Study for New GTA Female Correctional Facility

Services include the preparation of a Project Specific needs assessment and a Province Wide
needs assessment for Female Correctional Facilities. They also include defining the program
and accommodations needs, preparation of a detailed facility program based on the needs
assessment, preparation of generic massing / stacking diagrams and site configuration options
and development of site selection criteria to be used in a later site selection process.
