The County Commissioners are soliciting proposals from qualified offerors to provide Functional Family Therapy Services to residents of County. The successful offeror will provide an outcome-driven prevention/intervention program for youth and their families who have demonstrated the entire range of maladaptive, acting out behaviors and related syndromes.
