The Southeast Texas Regional Advisory Council is seeking qualified respondants to fullfill our request for proposal. Deliverables for this RFP include planning and execution of an HSEEP compliant functional exercise that encompasses the 25 county region of SE Texas and focuses on health and medical, EMS operations and emergency management coordination.
