Chemical Fume Hoods (Chemical Agent Resistant Coated)
Synopsis:
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74.The synopsis/ solicitation number is W91ZLK-15-T-0028 for the purchase of CARC coated Fumehoods. This requirement is set-aside for small business under NAICS Code 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing). The Government contemplates an award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable offer.
Description of Requirements:
This contract will cover the purchase of:
1. (6 FEET) Chemical Agent Resistant Coated Fume Hood (Quantity 2)
Overall Dimension: ~72 quote mark x 34 quote mark x 65 quote mark (W x D x H):
Work area: ~66 quote mark x 25.25 quote mark x 42 quote mark
Each of the 6 foot hoods shall have a sink position toward the front right of the hood (final specifications will be reviewed with CTF prior to construction).
2. (4 FEET) Chemical Agent Resistant Coated Fume Hood (Quantity 1)
Overall Dimension: ~48 quote mark x 34 quote mark x 65 quote mark (W x D x H)
Work area: ~42 quote mark x 25.25 quote mark x 42 quote mark
3. Guillotine pass-thru between fumehoods (Quantity 2)
