Full Service Real Property Support
The RFP documents are scheduled for release on December 3, 2010, with proposals due December 29, 2010.
The County Department of Public Works and Planning is seeking real property support services through a Consultant Services Agreement for appraisal, acquisition of right-of-way, and relocation services for various road and capital improvement projects. The Projects may include, but are not limited to, road reconstruction, road widening, bridge replacement, bridge rehabilitation, bike paths, traffic signal design, traffic calming, landfill expansion, and water and wastewater treatment plants as well remodeling, demolition and alteration of existing buildings and new building construction. The Consultant will also be required to perform various real property related support services.
