Full Service Facilities Management Firm
This RFP is soliciting proposals from commercial/industrial
facility management firms to oversee and implement the maintenance of existing
infrastructure and structures, orderly development of additional infrastructure and
other physical improvements, and required leasing services associated with
commercial/industrial land development. While it is not necessary to provide the
costs of any anticipated subcontractors at this point, should you choose to do so,
please provide those scopes and costs separately. Due to the need to have personnel
onsite prior to April 1, the LRA is also advertising to hire these positions directly,
although the preference is to hire a full-service firm.
