Full Family Foster Care Placement Services Pilot Project
The State is seeking a State licensed Child Placing Agency to provide family foster care services in conjunction with other placement services. The services would be provided as part of a 12 month pilot program. During that 12 month period, the successful offeror will be asked to provide data to allow the State to determine if the program is cost effective and provides improved safety, permanency and well-being outcomes for children. Offerors understand there is no assurance that the pilot program will be continued beyond 12 months. Offerors also understand that the over-arching goals will remain the same but as this is a pilot project it is possible that some details in how services are delivered may evolve and change over the 12 month period.
