Fujitsu Server Memory Upgrade
The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Institute of Technology (NIST), invites your company to submit a quote for the procurement of Fujitsu Server Memory Upgrade in accordance with the Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW).
The acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price order resulting from this solicitation based on a lowest price, technically acceptable, and reasonably price.
Offerors shall submit a quote that meets the requirement in the attached SOW and provides a price reasonable offer. Offerors' quote submissions shall be valid for sixty (60) days. Offerors shall indicate if any technical assumptions have been made, conditions have been stipulated, or exceptions have been taken with the stated Government SOW as written. If technical assumptions are not noted, it will be assumed that your quote reflects no technical assumptions for award and agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Offerors' quotes must be submitted via email to both Stephanie Kelly, Contracting Officer (CO), at email address: stephanie.kelly@nist.gov and Lawana Pressley-Lawson, Contract Specialist (CS) at email address: lpressley-lawson.ctr@ntia.doc.gov by 10:00 AM EST, Thursday, July 27, 2017. Along with your quote submission, you shall only complete and submit Attachment 2, Fillable Pricing Table. The Government will not accept hand-delivered quotation submission, facsimile submission, or US Postal mail delivery submission. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be sent to both the CO and CS via the stated email addresses. Please note this RFQ shall not be considered direction to proceed with the subject effort or a promise of future direction to proceed. Contractors are solely responded for quote submission costs.
