Fuel and Delivery
The intent of this bid is to obtain a source of supply for Fuel and Delivery Service to the City. By offering a bid, it is understood that the vendor hereby guarantees that it will furnish the City of Tulsa with their full
requirement of gasoline and diesel fuel per bid in time of shortage or crisis, providing there are no government restrictions such as an allocation program prohibiting such supply.
