The U.S. Embassy Algiers, Algeria invites you to submit a quotation for the repair and upgrade of the Fuel Tank Management System located on the Chancery Compound. The intent of this work is to upgrade the existing fuel tank management system from the TMS3000 to the TMS4000 system. The Request for Quotation is attached.
The U.S. Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price contract. All quotations will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced, Most Technically Acceptable basis. Technical acceptance evaluation will be based on contractor credentials to work on these systems and the work plan. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The U.S. Embassy Algiers reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price.
The U.S Embassy Algiers can cancel this RFQ or any part of it.
The quoter shall perform all required works and necessary services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to all labor, supplies, material, equipment, tools, and necessary transportation to perform the work in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications for the removal of two TMS3000 systems and the installation of two TMS4000 systems.
Qualified companies interested in the solicitation shall submit their quotations to the attention of Mr. Tahar Tizi at Algiers_Procurement@state.gov not later than 5:00 PM EST on April 9, 2018 using the solicitation number 19AG1018Q0009 in the subject line.
