The scope of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to provide New York State Authorized Users with Fuel Card Services (as defined herein) from a qualified provider, that can be utilized at Fuel locations (as defined herein) located throughout New York State, and nationwide, for Fuel supplied by multiple oil companies
