This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued for all interested contractors. The solicitation will be issued as a full and open competitive procurement.
Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking a qualified contractor to raise/lower and realign flat markers as well as remove top soil and regrade the section with the flat markers at the Fort Logan National Cemetery located in Denver, Colorado. Awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and registered in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/
All quotes shall be submitted either hard copy or in electronic format to the Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, 155 Van Gordon Street, Attention: Kelly Rima, Lakewood, CO 80228 or to Kelly.Rima@va.gov .
