This amendment to the Pre Solicitation notice is to clarify the request for electronic copies of the SF330s. The typical size limit for receiving emails through the VA network is approximately 5MB. If the electronic copies are too large, firms may submit packages in multiple separate emails to minimize the file size being sent, or can send an electronic copy on a CD along with the hard copies. Please note hard copy submissions will take priority over electronic copies. If there are issues with electronic copies being sent through, hard copy submissions will take precedence.
