The University is interested in identifying one prime vendor to service the nine (9) Food Service
facilities with the majority of their produce and related items. The contract period will be three (3) years. Contract
effective date will be August 1, 2010 through July 31, 2013. With mutual agreement between the University and
the successful Vendor, this contract may be extended for two (2) additional one year periods, however, the
contract in its entirety will not exceed five (5) years.
