Freight Relocation Study
Conduct preliminary engineering for the upgrade of approximately 9 miles of beltline railroad track to potentially be used for re-routing main line freight traffic around downtown. An environmental assessment must also be conducted as part of the study to determine impacts from the potential shifting of freight traffic to the upgraded corridor
