Freezer Repair
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Asheville VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1100 Tunnel Road, North Carolina will be soliciting offers for Dietary Kitchen Freezer Repair services. The contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to repair Dietary Kitchen Freezer at VA Medical Center, Asheville, NC. A Request for Quote (RFQ) VA246-17-Q-1170 will be issued on or about June 21, 2017. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is July 6, 2017 (or date of award) through July 27, 2017. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 million. The classification code is J073. The solicitation will be issued as a Small Business (SB) set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
