This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments in its role as the Service Authority for Freeway Emergencies (SBCAG SAFE). The SBCAG SAFE requires towing services for the Freeway Service Patrol (FSP). The FSP operates on Highway 101 between the Ventura County line and the Patterson Avenue interchange in the City of Goleta. The contract SBCAG has with the current FSP operator will expire on July 3, 2009.
