Free-Form Design Art Rack and Standard Design Art Rack
The City of Sioux Falls invites professional and amateur South Dakota resident artists of all backgrounds to
participate in a Request for Proposal for a call for art for an artist-designed free-form bicycle rack. The primary goals
of this project are to promote energy conservation by encouraging citizens and visitors to safely bike within our
community and to provide public useable art for aesthetically functional bicycle parking.
