Fraud Reporting and Management System

The Contractor is required to implement and maintain a confidential reporting system. The reporting system must have the capability to receive and document allegations, including whistleblower and other complaints, 24 Hours/Day, 7 Days/Week, 365 Days/Year, and include an automated system to manage and report on the complaints. The automated system will include software developed and maintained by the Contractor, providing exclusive access to and use by authorized City personnel.
