Fraud Case Management System Replacement
The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire a fully functional Fraud Case Management System for managing data for the Fraud Control Unit and Claims/Collections Specialist. The Fraud Case Management System must be capable of storing and
retrieving data and documents for an indefinite period of time.
Offerors are invited to propose a web/browser based service software solution. The backend data will be stored on the Microsoft SQL Servers owned and hosted by the Department.
