This Invitation to Bids (ITB) is issued under the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Sections 307.86 to 307.92. All bids submitted in response to this ITB shall comply with Ohio law. The laws of the State of Ohio will govern any disputes rising under this ITB and subsequent contract.
The Franklin County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for Security Services. The work shall be
performed at various Franklin County Government Facilities in Franklin County. It is the Countys intent to enter into a three (3) year contract with the option to extend for two (2) additional 1-year periods at the sole discretion of Franklin County
