The County Commissioner's Office ("the Owner"), is interested in selecting the Architect/Engineer (A/E) for the new Court House and County Administrative and Human Services Operations Renovation Projects. The new Court House facility will encompass approximately 134,000 gross square feet of new construction and 26,000 gross square feet of renovation. The County Administrative and Human Services Operations renovations encompass approximately 75,000 square feet in 3 to 4 adjacent existing structures. Substantial completion of the new Court House Structure is scheduled for spring of 2013.
