The purpose of this document is to describe the business requirements for RFP 26 / 2011 to, incorporating the tasks and responsibilities of the successful bidder/s, required by the South African Revenue Service (SARS) for acquisition, repair, maintenance, licensing and re-inking of Franking Machines across all SARS branches nationwide.
