The Project includes but is not limited to: Accessibility and life safety
improvements to the entirety of all school buildings and play yards including the following; A new elevator and restroom tower at the East Wing, a new elevator at the Main Building, new lifts at the Gym Building, new concrete stairs and ramps, re-grading of play yards, replacement of toilet rooms, partial replacement of doors and hardware, new storefronts, corridor and
classroom finishes, and other work as indicated. The estimated construction value of the work is $10,400,000.
