Fourth Floor Tenant Improvements
The project consists of all work for Tenant Improvements for the fourth floor including interior construction and finishes, specialties and equipment, plumbing, HVAC and electrical as called out in the Construction Documents and Plans. Demolition of the existing construction including asbestos abatement for the floor has been accomplished under another contract (by others). All voice/data cabling and equipment to be provided under another contract (by others) except as noted on the drawings.
