Fort McCoy Flooring and Painting at South Post Housing Requirements IDIQ
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy has a
requirement to repair flooring and paint at housing units at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price requirements indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity(IDIQ) type contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238330 with a small business size standard of
$15,000,000.
Project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
Period of Performance will be a one year base plus four option years.
Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page (fbo.gov) for
the future issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation
amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation
amendments.
MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue this solicitation within 45 days of this
presolicitation notice. The site visit time will be provided wit the solicitation
once it is issued.
