Form Based Code Project
The Town is looking to utilize form-based codes as a tool for recreating rich and vibrant commercial nodes and corridors — linking neighborhoods, rebuilding the public realm, creating a more predictable process and certain outcome for both the Town and future developers and helping to create a more gradual and well defined rural-to-urban continuum.
