Form Based Code Development
This RFP is issued by the City for the purpose of obtaining information and pricing regarding the development of a Form Based Code. A master plan for the approximately 500-acre Urban Renewal District was adopted by the City in early 2009. The master plan recommended implementation of a Form Based Code for the URD to best guide redevelopment and maintain consistent public and private improvements in the area.
