Form Based Code
The Town is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist in the exploration of Form Based Code. The intent of the project is to advance a vision for a community that is capable of supporting future growth while preserving its community character. The consultant will facilitate a community engagement process and use the process to draft a customized form based code.
