Forging Furnace
This solicitation is for the purchase of one (1) Forging Furnace with the option to purchase one (1) additional furnace within 1 year of contract award. The Forging Furnace(s) will be purchase in accordance with RIPD J9000-14-9-19, which will be released with the solicitation.
100% Small Business Set Aside

This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing to obtain an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the Army Single Fact to Industry (ASFI) website.
All dates in the announcement are estimated and are subject to change.
Note: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the ASFI website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid/proposal non-responsive and result in rejection of same. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government.
