A full sets of plans cost $75 and must be picked up in person. Proposed removal of approximately 250 linear feet of existing falling timber crib wall and replacement with a reinforced concrete retaining wall along with miscellaneous site improvements including removal and replacement of concrete curb, asphalt restoration and repairing of and displaced landscape areas. The Proposed reinforced concrete wall has a maximum exposed height of 2 feet. Contractors are invited to visit existing conditions and surroundings during Foreign Trade Zone normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
