The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff G-8 (DCS) has a requirement for non-personal Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services to acquire technical subject matter expertise to assist G-8 FD Front Offices, Directorate of Resources (DOR), Directorate of Materiel (DOM), Directorate of Joint & Integration (DJI), The Director’s Initiatives Group (DIG) , and Office of the Chief, Army Reserve (OCAR) Strategic Equipping Division (SED) with the programming of resources, materiel integration, reviews and assessments, and analytical and modeling capabilities to fully equip the Army forces. This requirement will be competed under a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, Time and Materials contract estimated at $42.66 million.
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). No hard copy of this RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents.
All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be IN WRITING and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via e-mail if the total file size is less than 5MB.
