This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The United States Army Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to solicit and award, a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a one (1) Base year and two (2) 12 month options. This action is intended as a sole source award directed to Atego Systems Inc., in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b) and 10 USA 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for software maintenance/support of Atego ApexAda Developer Enterprise Edition Software Maintenance and Support. The proposed action is for the procurement for (1) Atego ApexAda Developer Enterprise Edition software Maintenance and Support for each procurement year. This procurement is a Request for Proposal under solicitation number W56JSR-14-R-0016. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 541511. The posting date for this Synopsis is 17 July 2014 and the closing date for response is 28 July 2014. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
