For Architect and Contract Administration Services for the Construction of an Addition to and the Renovation of the Smith-Ennismore-Lakefield Township Municipal Office
The Township is requesting a combined Statement of Qualifications and Price Proposal (Proposal) from Respondents capable of providing Architect and Contract Administration Services for the Construction of an Addition and to Renovate the Smith-Ennismore-Lakefield Township Municipal Building.
It is understood that the information in the Proposal shall be the general basis for the selection of a Respondent to provide these professional services and implementation plan. The Township expects to select the highest scoring Respondent based on a structured scoring evaluation. The evaluation shall consider each Respondents ability to perform the required service, experience, the personnel assigned to the actual project work, the quality of the work plan, the approach used in a communication plan, the costs to provide the services, the proposed safeguards used to control costs on the project, the time period in which the project will be completed and the reference check.
